I have number of things to address. its bad place give your car to fix

1) I thing its best place work because you don't have to work
2) no on takes any initiative to fix your
3) technician have lack of knowledge ( not ordering correct part from eBay )
4) timing management is good for when it comes to going home not fixing the car on time
5) now its 34 days I don't have my car just to replace two items
6) Customer care are helpless. They are just say every one busy.
7) they don't have enough technician , because my car parts already there but no on to fix
8) for insurance not a premium garage.
9) I have end it up calling at least 6 people in a day to get any update of my car.
.. etc.

Horrible service from the whole team. Took more than a month to get the repairs done. There is still work remaining to be done but I had to take delivery of my car instead of waiting for the “material delivery”. They destroyed the interior of my car, I had to fight to get it detailed.
And the worst part, I took delivery of the car, and drove some decent kilometers and later while cleaning the boot found some extra bolts that they did not put on my tyres. It was very irresponsible of them to deliver the car without checking the basic safety parameters.
The remaining parts is yet to be delivered (locking system) and I am yet to received a proper update on the same.

Two months to repair

I had given the car on 20 April and it is yet to be returned. As per the team the spare part is hard to find. However they themselves accepted that they got the wrong part twice. Every time you get a reply only when you visit and the handover days keep moving forward.

The insurance approval was done on 2nd May 2023 but it is still not delivered as on 25 June 2023. The manager doesn’t answer the calls and you need to visit only to get the answer that it will be done soon. The soon never happens and the wait continues.

Probably the worst garage in UAE. My car was given to them by the insurance company for repairs.

1) The 2 week repair job took more than 6 weeks. They kept delaying and making up stories for their delay.

2) When the car was finally ready - they realized they have lost my number plate! I had to go to Dubai Police, then RTA, pay for this and give them the number plates at my own cost. They said they will repay me but never did that.

3) When I finally got the car, within 20 minutes the car shut down and it turns out the entire engine is damaged. They are claiming its not their fault and refuse to fix it.

I will be filing a legal claim and involving the authorities if this is not resolved.

Please do not go to this garage under any circumstances. You will totally regret it. Everyone from the Manager to the service staff seem very unprofessional.

I rcvd a huge bill for mandatory repairs at the time of servicing my car. Sami was extremely helpful. With his help I could filter out priorities with better rates. Trust him completely for genuine support and services. Thank you

Worst place to get your car fixed.. they actually damaged the sunroof.. I delivered my car to to get fixed.. they took 3 weeks to get the insurance approval.. and took other 5 weeks to fix simple problems in the front.. the roof was completely okay.. but when they returned the car.. the sunroof sliding was damaged.. I wasn’t able to open it properly anymore.. and they told they can’t fix it!!!!

Dear, respected al naboodah group. /CEO

I am keeping in the notice of top management and CEO please improve your service better and take more care of your clients. most of the time delay and now update from the smart auto garage. We are calling and sending whatsapp but no positive response.
In simple words most of your employees work for the salary only not for growing and taking care of the client.
I have had an accident vehicle stop in your smart auto garage since 05-04-2023. I have rented a car from the market and am paying rent daily but your technician is not a professional to repair my vehicle on time. Every week your garage team will create some new story to just hide their mistake .
insurance companies have given you open approval. Whatever smart auto wants to change, let them go ahead but your team can not do this.
I have two suggestions for the CEO of al naboodah group management: kindly close this branch or otherwise keep the professional staff to know their duties and responsibilities .
I am waiting for the positive response from your side.

One of worst experience facing, incompetent staffs taking forever to inspect car, kept the car on 3rd July and stil now they are unable to inspect and make a quote as if they never came across jeep car (accident), every day new story inspection going on, what on earth inspection God knows.. Such a big entity having such a poor service surprised to know.. Never ever in my life I would want to face this kinda customer service.. Very poor management of staffs I have zero hope on the work... And pity that few insurance company have tie up with them and have to suffer no options..
