Take care!
They didn’t return back my deposit amount although apartment was handed over to them since last year.
Nawar Fallaha, company GM promised to pay my money back but he didn’t and even he stopped replying to me and ignoring my messages ..
This is the way Smart Business Real Estate and their General Manager are treating with their client

Previous and commercial name of this company is Royal Home I definitely don't recommend this company I have rented through them 2 years at the end I left the apartment 10 days in advance and very clean they took part of deposit arguing few things damaged which was damaged since the beginning and they refused to refund the over paid rent so if you work with them be very careful when moving out
