This is the worse company i deal with. They treat there customers without manors . The service guys un respectful and no commitment to time . I pay the goods amount he refused to give it to me . I ask him to call the sender and confirm he refunded. Hopefully if anyone want there business to grow and build a good relationship with customer be careful in future with the delivery company you deal with

Absolutely disappointed, The guy who picked up the landline phone call was unnecessarily rude for absolutely no reason ,I had a general inquiry of what address would be written if I were to drop off document and he responded like he had something against me for generations
Management do check the call recording on 3/5/23 3:31pm, and let me know if this is some strange company procedure you guys implemented

If any less rating i will give them! I have shipment sent to me since 15-4 from Dubai to abudhabi , today 19-4 (5 days ) not yet received , if the shipment from another country I would receive it in less days ! Are you delivering by camel ! Even when I asked them by the number of the office they keep telling me we will call you back ! No calls ! Whatsapp number I sent mess they read and didn’t unswer !so unproffetional
