Such an unproffessional company/shop, i have ever came across in dubai, In their case, they dont treat customers as king but truly as liers. in fact have purchased a toner from these guys. which is a very bad decision. within 30 days, their product dried up(even in a cool temperature) and risked my expensive printer. they have rejected my request in providing a refund or replacement saying its our fault. i truly will recommend public to not buy from this place, as i feel their products are in second quality and can risk your printers as well.
hoping this message will be a heads up to the public in falling for these kind of retailers. because each penny cost from your pocket is your hard earned penny and not theirs.

an unsatisfied and a very disappointed Customer.

Excellent after sales service.
I had a minor issue with one of the toner cartridges purchased from them.(after almost a year)
Mr. Mirza Hamid Baig personally visited our office premises and replaced it. No questions asked.
I highly recommend their products.

Great product. I have been buying here since a few years now, must say that I am amazed with the printing quality. They offer high quality SPS branded compatible cartridges all over UAE. The prices are really low compared to the OEM original ink cartridges and toners. Really happy with the service. Thumbs up and 10 stars!!

We always Buy Toners from SPS in Bur Dubai .. Very good Quality at very Good Price. Print Quality is Excellent same as genuine cartridges. I recommend everyone to use SPS TONER CARTRIDGES than going for expensive originals and other poor quality compatibles available in the market. Earlier we bought from Other Shops in the market but they sell just Garbage, After buying from SPS we are totally satisfied for our office print Jobs. We are completely Satisfied ..

arrogant front office .. i called him and asked for toner for samsung printer. he was rudely asking me for toner number.... i said him not to talk like this or else i will buy from somewhere else... he said okay as you wish......... GRAND PRINT LLC located in Sharjah is very good ..low prices and free on site delivery and good thing is .... you can ask as many questions as you want..you will get a professional reply
