As always, Samsung Gulf delivers a questionable service to it's customers.
This time, I started a conversation to finalise the purchase of several items on their website.
Since the beginning I've asked to be able to finalise the payment using an American Express Credit Cards.
After 20 minutes chatting, the customer service representative told me that was not possible... Unacceptable.

For who is interested, enjoy the reading... Very poor customer service.

I have been pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service provided by the lady at the Samsung Customer Services desk at Media City. My Samsung fold screen film had come off within a year and she helped me get it set and while I had to wait, she offered me a coffee which I saw later that she went herself and got it. I am floored... which staff does this anywhere for a customer.

In the end she is helping me with my Samsung phone refund case which has not reached my bank account for three months... and in the end, tells me I do t have to pay for the screen change. ????

Now I get the name of this lady - Maii Shehab. Brilliant at her work with a smile.

Very bad experience, i had an interview today and i asked the receptionist where is the interview exactly she answered in an unacceptable manner saying you should know why are you asking me, then i head over to the security guard so i can get access cards then she said in an awful manner and a loud voice stand back. Im very disappointed hope someone can get in touch with me so i can explain more in detail

I went there truly upset, and left with the best customer service experience i ever had in Dubai!
Thanks to one amazing manager at Samsung, Maii Shehab. Long story short, she went out of her way for hours to help with some accidental repair and made sure that i got my device back asap. She didnt stop at any hurdle and did the impossible to make me recieve my phone back even it was troublesome and complicated. My faith in Samsung aftersales was renewed after this encounter so I had to write a thank you review )

Really disappointed with Samsung, i have a Z flip 3 and within 12 months the factory screen saver was splitting and peeling away. I had to travel for 1 hour to get here because this is the only place in dubai with the machine to replace the screen saver. Then i had to wait 2 hours to have the screen saver replaced. THEN they charged me 100aed for the replacement. They say this happens with the screensaver in Dubai because of the humidity - if that is the case then this phone is not fit for sale im Dubai! Certainly i should not be charged because of a global corporations lack of testing in humid environments! Then I drove home another hour. Frustrated and annoyed and contemplating why i bought a samsung tv fridge and microwave (and Z flip 3), when this is how loyal customers who buy their premium products are treated.

It was a very respectful and well rounded experience.
Especially Maii provided all the resouces for the issue i was facing concerning the ram capacity which was a confusion with me especially for a new device s23U.
So Maii brought other devices (higher, lower capacities) to inform me how the device operates.
The whole experience was a comfortable and satisfying.

Worst service possible. The website says one working time, office says different. Had to wait repair on z fold for 2 weeks although I was told only 3-4 days needed. Highly not recommend to deal with Samsung in Dubai
