The lady was very nice, her shop well taken care of and super clean but I m blaming the management and their business: when u order a juice after a long sport session, since the coffee shop is in a paddle court area, you do not expect for 25aed to get a min cup full of ice and a pint of juice.
This is bad business and poor practices.
Never again!
