Stay away, i repeat stay away, unless you like cockroaches

Lived there for less than a month, it was literally a nightmare! Cockroaches were everywhere, I found more than 30 during my first 5 days ???? I brought a pest control expert and after investigation he explained that they are coming mainly from the kitchen cabinets, he showed me that there was thousands of eggs inside the wood cavities (gross i know ????). The expert explained that this situation would become uncontrollable unless you do pest control every 3 months… I addressed the building management and they were extremely uncooperative. I decided to leave the apartment as living there was unbearable. Notwithstanding that they put me in such situation, they took the 2 month penalty without showing any integrity! They even deducted extra days for my stay noting that I was not using the apartment due to their delay in maintinance works before i moved, even though my contract was already commenced and i was waiting for them to finish while staying in a hotel…

Please save your money and find a better place, these people are literally the worst to deal with… I incurred many losses as a result of their way in managing the building. Had already bought many things that would not fit easily anywhere else, and after all of this they insisted that they have the right for the 2 months penalty…

They even prevented me from moving my furniture, while they already have a security deposit and 3 months cheque… they came to my apartment to prevent the moving company from wrapping my stuff, even when i was not moving the furniture out of the apartment!!!

Furthermore, the corridors to apartments are always dirty, garbage room is always stacked with garbage bags, entrance smells weird.

Avoid this building by all means please, you deserve a better place.

The worst experience of my life! I loved there for more than a year, the management is incredibly rude and they lie and steal your money! The balcony was full of water because of construction defects, the roof was leaking and would make loud noises that were never fixed. You would call the maintenance or management and they would never respond or fix it. They would say they are coming but months go by and they never show up. They were very rude and there was no security in the building. We had people open our door at 2 am in the morning so it was incredibly unsafe. There were extremely loud construction noises all year throughout the week and weekend so no work from home or sleeping! The bed and the furniture is low quality so we had to pay a fortune to fix it or replace it. It was hell the entire year and I am so glad I left for my peace of mind and mental health. It was the worst experience of my life and i would urge you to stay away. The bathroom doesn’t work, the wifi doesn’t work and they also try to scam you for everything. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. There are plenty of good buildings in dubai this is not on e of them.

I don’t usually like writing reviews especially when they’re bad but this is by far the worst building in Dubai. The management of this building is just horrible, everyone lies and scams. Since the day i moved, i had issues from leakages in the bathroom and kitchen to a flooded balcony. Then a few months ago they started working on building their offices and the noise was just unbearable, i could not work, i could not sleep. When i complained i was told there was no solution. Whenever you call management or the maintenance team they always say they don’t have a solution and they only care about ripping you off! I will never recommend this place to anyone. In my previous building, the maintenance would come whenever there is a problem and fix it immediately. In this building, you have to call several people and they lie to you and tell you they will come but never show up.
Please don’t waste your money, there are plenty of flats in Dubai that offer better services!

Do not waste your money ! The people that work in the building including the landlord are rude and unpleasant people. It will ruin your experience in Dubai. Not a peaceful day went by living in that residence. There’s always something to fix and no one to fix it ! The managers of this building are true experts at disappointment. Shame on you for how little care you’ve shown about our concerns, from cockroaches to flooding balconies, we’ve seen, heard and smelled it all ! Just a terrible experience. Kindness, respect and compassion go a lot further than scamming people.

"Sol Properties continues to emphasize on the commitment to quality, affordability and timely delivery." what a joke ! The only thing they emphasize on is scamming their tenants, making a point to make their stay so uncomfortable ! The staff is rude, ineffective and uncaring, the noises coming from the streets below are so loud and unending that you might as well buy noise-cancelling headphones. I highly recommend looking away and searching for other, more comfortable and affordable apartments in Dubai that will actually care for your well-being and comfort. And did I mention how tiny the apartments are ? You might as well throw your money in the trash.

Terrible stay and management. I visited my sister for a few days in her apartment there, and I was left wondering, how on earth could she live like this on a daily? Terrible neighbors, impolite staff and if you're unlucky enough to have a problem with any object of comfort whatsoever(bed and AC mainly) well you're done for, because God knows you won't find any help on any sort, and ON TOP OF That they dare ask you to pay them more. They have a huge management problem and it's clear they only care about their money in this establishment. This was the only thing ruining my visit to Dubai. For anyone visiting or or staying permanently, don't waste your money ans and time here, life is too short for that. The 1 star is only because I can't seem to be able to rate less.

Really neat and clean building very good view of business bay best location at the signal. It’s opposite of Sol residence building so don’t be confused. Mostly visitor parking always available.

Short notice appointment before I go on holiday. Reception staff extremely helpful and given an appointment the same afternoon. Blood test and examination by Dr Rama who was very thorough and very approachable. Would definitely recommend this practice, thank you.

Went to the surgery for annual diabetic review and blood test. BP was high so it was picked up straight away and saw the doctor. Some blood tests and 24 HR monitoring later, medication changed and other tests still continuing. The lady who did my ECG, was very nice and polite. While I was there, an older gentleman came in, whose wife was having problems. The receptionist was so nice and considerate that I commended her on her interaction. So my interaction with surgery, fantastic.

All I can say is the reception staff and the GP I have just seen over my husband's recent passing couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. The GP I saw was extremely nice. Thank you all at Jenner House, for your understanding at losing the love of my life.

Reception helpful once you get through. Waiting times on phone are frustrating. Don't know if I've just been unlucky with the doctor I have, but, after 8 months I've only had one face to face. On phone consultations she's told me she would refer me to the hospital (not happened after 3 months). Supposed to authorise pain medication 3 weeks ago, only when I checked yesterday she hadn't done this. I've been in constant pain for 10 months and am now virtually housebound. She did say at one point I could go to the hospital if the pain got worse, but Frimley Park are overwhelmed at present and I don't believe they should have to pick up the slack left by incompetent surgeries. After 36 years at this surgery, I'm giving up and looking for another.

My boyfriend had fever, fainted and vomited at home in the morning. We called to get an appointment with a doctor and they would not see him. Incredible service. Receptionist offered to speak to the pharmacist. I have never been able to see a single doctor at the GP practice.

Littreally had to move surgery's as they didn't help me at all. I needed a jab due to pregnancy and when I asked the receptionist said "are you pregnant or something, why would you need it?". Very rude..doctors very unhelpful . I've moved gp and littreally got a appointment straight away for the jab. I would definitely not recommend and I never ever write a review.

Absolute joke of a surgery. The majority of the receptionist staff are incredibly rude, and unhelpful - call at 8:30am in the morning and get left on hold for an hour to be told theres no appointments and call back at 1:30, for the same thing to happen. Not only this, problems are often swept under the rug and nothing is done to solve the issue you’re calling about. End up having to skip out the GP and go to the NHS, which is overloaded as it is but manages to be 100x more helpful than Jenner house.

And don’t get me started on trying to get prescriptions; half the time they don’t listen to the instructions on where it should be sent / what it is you need. Would not recommend at all.
