18Febuary23 we had my daughter's belated birthday party. I cannot say enough about Ryan our party host! I could not not believe how nice and overly helpful he was for my daughter's birthday. We invited 12 kids but only 3 came. We had to pay for 10 which was fine by me. We had a long hard January. Lost a very good friend and our family dog. My daughter's actual birthday happened between the two deaths.
Ryan IS the nicest person we have met since moving to the UK 3 years ago. Not only did he make my daughter feel center stage he made me feel like I could take a much needed break and enjoy the day. He was so kind, helpful and thoughtful.

Thank you to Gravity Norwich. Thank you so incredibly much Ryan ???? best mate in Britain full stop

Leaving a review whilst my son is off bouncing having lots of fun. It's our first visit to Gravity (Sunday 18th June) and we can't wait too visit again. Facilities inside look great and welcoming. The staff are friendly. Toilets clean. Good value. Very happy with our visit today and good memories made. Good job Gravity.

Less than impressed. My boy had been with a friend before and I'd signed his agreement. Went again for his birthday and checked my emails said I didn't need to sign as had signed before previously. To get there to find I needed to sign. Not an issue. I'd booked 4 kids under my name and had to faff around signing all of them as it wouldn't let me through the email. Wasn't told the kids needed to watch an instructional video before going on and lad that served us seemed less than interested. Ended up sat round the corner out the way so couldn't actually monitor our children as seating was horrendous. Only good part was the kids had a good time but no wonder they tell you to get there half hour before hand as you spend that long faffing around to get anything sorted. Doubtful I'll be returning. Less than impressed on my first visit. And judging by other members of the public arguing with the staff I'd say I'm not the only disgruntled member.

went here for a mum and toddler group, excellent area. very well. organised from the check in to health and safety video and warm up. Great way for little ones to use up energy.
can also grab a coffee here too

The staff are brilliant, especially Mia who has taken the time to help my daughter enjoy here first session. Now upgraded to the VIB pass which excellent value (£39 per 3 months). Toddler and parent sessions are also great value

I am going there since 2020.I mainly go there for my special need child.He love this place very much.The stuff is very good and helpful.But unfortunately their manager kelly is not very good to my son.Because of her behaviour since last 4/5 months I try to go there as less as I can. From a autistic child she can't accept to follow all rule and regulation and which is not very necessary too.Because of this issue when she start argument with me badly my son got affected mentally.I am very very sorry to say her behave with a autistic boy undoubtedly rude . ..now I
am finding with whom I can share the issue . I am wanting to explain more much about her behaviour with a autistic boy but I cant because of my limited English ...

Brilliant! So much fun for all ages! We went with friends and as a family aging from 4 - 34. We all had a fantastic time! We will definitely be going again. Well staffed, rules were managed well. If you want a family discount you need to plan ahead by 10days or it's not applied. Wish I'd known that in advance but I do for next time.

Had my daughters birthday here. Staff were brilliant. Party hosts were patient and helpful. Brilliant time! Only slight down side was the state of the slushy dispensers but otherwise brilliant
