Very clean car park.
Spaces are a generous size.
Payment was simple.
Charges were maybe a little higher than we would have liked (£6.40 for two hours) so in future we would explore other options.

In order not to waste time today, we made a 3 hour online payment before our arrival. When we arrived, the QR code sent to our e-mail address did not work and we had to pay for the second time. If you can't make automatic scans, why do you want people to use an online payment system for their license plates?

Absolutely huge underground car park below Liverpool's One shopping centre.
Awkward to spot the first time you go, and poorly signposted inside to get out! Once you've worked out the differences between 'Way Out' (for pedestrians) and EXIT (for cars), you're on your way, though we spent a good few minutes going around in circles trying to get out!

Personally, I prefer the John Lewis car park, where I shall be heading to in future.

Nice clean car park,a year later even with a few new signs it is still a maze to get out of and today, me and the lady on the payment machine before me struggled as it wouldn't scan our tickets,it would also be helpful if you where directed to for exiting the car park on foot or you will have quite a walk.

Thought parking was expensive for 5-6 hours for £19 it's cheaper to park at Blackpool for the day for 12 hours ???? was hoping to get back to my car and find it fully valeted waxed and polished ???? I honeslty can't remember paying so much for staying long a few years back

We parked for 3 days and pre paid. Easy to use with number plate recognision witch let us in and out automatically.

I had lost my keys and approached Danielle for assistance. Danielle was the most helpful and attentive host that I could meet. I would recommend Danielle for future career advancement should she apply for it. She has all the customers care qualities that one would expect of a person representing a leading company.

24 hrs. But expensive 25£ for a whole day.
2.5£/hr.
There is a car wash service. Capital auto wash. Rip off. Just do try minimum one if u really need one. Platinum one is waste. They don’t shampoo seats.
