Considering the amount of tourists who are not always after buying something, I think personnel always demonstrate only high professional standards of work.
It offers only Sony equipment, but it would be great to see also Zeiss lenses for Sony, may be in the future.

We sent our camera's (a6400 and A73) for cleaning at Sony MOE around 2pm, upon giving the camera, the lady (filipina) attendant checked the two cameras and when everything is checked she said we need to come back after 3-4 hrs or wait for their call. We roamed around the mall and got a call after 3 hrs, we then headed to the SONY shop and took the camera, after literally 10 steps out of the shop I checked the camera and tested clicking. To my surprise the A6400 camera curtain got misaligned ( below photo) we headed back to the shop and complained. Apparently, the Filipino guy was telling us that it is not their fault, said that our camera is a bit old (explained on bought 3 yrs ago and the other one 4 yrs ago) he was so rude and dont know how to explain the issue behind it. we never had any issue of the camera until the day that we sent it for cleaning. He is so adamant that (it is not their fault and it is because of TECHNOLOGY) so i told him that he means to say SONY's TECHNOLOGY is not reliable. He is trying to compare us with other customers that it also happened to their camera. We now have an impression that their staff are not trained well in cleaning/handling the cameras as it happened many times and not trained to answer customers complains. I dont think he know what he is talking about because he is insisting to send the camera to service center where I am not agreeing on. I thins the management has to look into their people as they dont know anything about their product. (the way he answered its as if SONY is not reliable). In our case we know how sony's technology works. Im afraid that if there are other customers who wanted to buy the product and this guy dont know how to explain then it will end up them not buying. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER! YOUR PEOPLE SHOULD NOT INSULT THE CUSTOMERS AS OUR CAMERA IS NOT ''OLD'' as per HIM. IF I CAN ALSO SUGGEST A CAMERA CLEANING TRAINING.
Good thing the curtains were back.
