Says that if I want to examine the box to see if it was pierced or not, and it clearly looked like it was, that I should pay the full amount first and examine it myself later, and if its broken then I can apply for a refund online. right.
So I call their customer service who tells me the driver is right by policy. I then proceeded to tell them both what I think of their policy and I got rid of them and their laptop.
Don't recommend you use for anything actually expensive. Now Ive got to run to the mall and buy it. Will pay an addition 10% or so but at least you know what you're getting and the staff dont give you attitude like they doing you a favor. Maybe you just get what you pay for.

But Today... I ordered a Urbanista Headphones, But they delivered a facial oil...As i need the headphone urgently i paid extra for one day delivery...
Now.. They telling .. it will take 4 days to return my product and again 4 days to refund my money.
