Not good experience. They forgot to pay the water and electricity bill.
I booked a place with them in Dubai for my parents. They forgot to pay utility bills. Can you imagine living without electricity and water in your so called vacation home? They reluctantly agreed to book a hotel for the parents and only after i requested it from them. They booked it for one night only (and without breakfast) and asked my parents to check out off the hotel the next day although the utilities were still not connected. They were just avoiding to pay another night in the hotel. The utilities were connected at night the next day around 8pm.
And despite all the hassle, they still deducted 500 AED from my security deposit due to smoking in the apartment which was a clause hidden somewhere in the contract. Clearly to me, they did this to cover the hotel night cost.

All in all, stay away from S&P living.

Being a Landlord based outside UAE; given current pandemic, I was unable to take possession of my property located in Sidra.

Sunny assisted me from start to end with my handover and renting requirement. He got me connected to the tenant even before me having the possession of the property.

Advices & suggestions by him were professional and served my purpose to my satisfaction .

Sunny’s knowledge of dealing with Emaar and his on-hand approach worked out to be beneficial for me.
