Driver was on time, and kept in contact upon landing. What more do you need!

Both journeys, the cars were not people carriers. The journey there, we managed to make it work by cramming the luggage in and squeezing in ourselves but we called the company and they were very sorry and confirmed that the journey home would be correct and corrected the fee. However, the journey home was just awful.
The man who picked us up called the second we landed on the tarmac to ask where we were. He had our flight details so we weren't sure why he was calling us when he knew we'd only just landed and weren't allowed off the plane yet. We told him we would call when we got our baggage.
It took us one hour to get through passport control and baggage claim: a perfectly reasonable amount of time for an international flight. We didn't stop, we went straight through passport control and baggage claim.
The driver was exasperated when 4 people showed up and said he only had a booking for three. We made it very clear that we booked for 4 and can absolutely count to 4 when he tried to suggest that it was our error. He proceeded to try and pack the suitcases in the car and was only able to get 2 in, which makes me wonder how he thought three would fit in the first place.
We ended up rearranging the boot ourselves, while he looked around the car, and managed to get three suitcases in with the handluggage but two of our party had to sit in the middle and side seat of the back with a 23kg suitcase on their legs, which was painful and dangerous, wobbling around over the top of them. Both now have bruises on their legs and we have photos of this ridiculous and dangerous journey, for which we paid full price.
We explained to the driver that it wasn't acceptable to pay full price for a 4 person people carrier when we had this experience. He called his boss and then agreed to lower the price to the estate rate, which his old model 3 tesla was not.
The cherry on the top was when he told us that he had accidentally arrived at the airport half an hour early but very kindly "wouldn't charge us for this".

Booked two journeys - to and from Heathrow; ordered a people carrier to account for four passengers and four large suitcases. Was sent the wrong size cars for both journeys - first was a mild inconvenience but we were able to squeeze into an Audi A6 estate, but the second (model 3 Tesla) was outright dangerous as we had to resort to having a 23kg suitcase across laps in the back. Less than ideal after a day of travelling - especially after specifically ordering a people carrier for a comfortable journey home.
No discount or apology for either journey, we were just charged the flat fee for an estate car despite the inconvenience and actual discomfort caused. Salt in the wound was being charged for taxi having to wait in Heathrow carpark for over an hour which was also not our fault - I appreciate you get an allowance of 30 minutes and then pay a charge after that, but despite tracking our flight, the driver called us literally the minute the plane touched down on the tarmac to tell us he’d arrived so it was always going to be a struggle to get through the airport in less that thirty minutes when we hadn’t even disembarked the plane.
Whilst I fully appreciate the poor experience wasn’t all the driver’s fault, I was just generally unimpressed by how the whole ordeal was dealt with by the company. Disappointing end to the holiday.
