Used Paul's mini buses to take me and my family to and from Leeds Bradford Airport.
Reliable friendly driver who went above and beyond for my family. Emma had to wait as our flight was delayed. Then was more than accommodating for us and didn't complain when we asked to have extra drop offs.
Will be using Paul's again in future

Great service. 8 adults 1 child for return journey to Newcastle airport. Our driver Emma was on time on both legs of the journey and was polite and very friendly. Within minutes of letting her know we had collected our cases she was waiting outside of the airport to get us home. Very efficient service and will definitely use again. Thank you Emma you were a star.

I phoned Paul's minibuses for a quote for ten passengers to Manchester return and was pleasantly surprised how reasonable they were after ringing round a few companies. I then proceeded to book with them and honestly the communication was first class from start to finish. They arrived well within time to pick us up and wow the minibus was immaculate and the driver Paul was lovely. Can't recommend Paul's minibus enough will definitely be using in the future. Thank you

Fantastic service. The bus was immaculate, plenty of room for all us hens and all of our luggage. Could charge our phones as it had usc ports as well as usb. Driver was lovely and well turned out. Spot on time and communication through text was brilliant. Paid through bank transfer, simple and straightforward. I would highly recommend using Paul’s minibuses to anyone. We will definitely use again. Special thanks to our driver Nick, lovely chap.

Faultless service from start (making the initial enquiry call) to finish (the actual journeys) Minibus was spotless each day. Driver who took us to Leeds and back 3rd and 4th June accommodated our loo stop each way without complaining. Helped with bags on and off and was just an all round nice guy. Would not hesitate to recommend this company in the future, or use them again myself if needed. Very good price too. Thank you from all of us.

our driver was emma who took a hen party of 14 to leeds Bradford Airport and back. there's nothing really to say but what an absolute star. very polite reliable and professional. nothing was to much trouble for emma and booking was very easy and cheapest of many. thank you so much for contributing to the smooth hen party plans

We used Paul's minibuses for airport run, 10 passengers and couldn't fault them from start to finish, great price and communication, Emma our driver was outstanding, nothing was to much trouble, the bus was immaculate would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.
