If you are concerned about cost, this will be the best garage to work with. They fix what needs to be fixed and they don't throw over priced quotations like other garage. All staff are competent and at the same time very friendly. I recommend this garage for budget conscious customers.????????????

GMC Acadia 2011 Radiator - Heater pipes
The car originally overheated and The garage advised to look at the water system ( Radiator- Pipes)
The diagnosis of the car was a malfunctioned Raditor due to excessive leaking and overheating.
Hence the solution was advised was to " repair" the radiator.
2 weeks later the car stopped again and the same issue took place, we sent it back and the advise was to change all pipes of the water system.
Original price of item - ACDelco was 90$ and I was given a qoute of 580 AED for 1 pipe and was advised to change 2 pipes which was 580*2 and 80 AED for coolant.
On top of that a price of 300 AED was added for service.
I requested the garage to stop working and then provided them with the parts.
was able to bring down the cost by bringing the parts on my own.
It doesnt make sense to me to be charged for Coolants 80 AED when it is originally 37 AED from ACdelco 4L.
The car was not evaluated correctly.
It has stopped again and the reason is the radiator and thermostat
wear and tear parts that need changing and not cleaning or reparing.
I would think twice before going o this garage!

Slow to attend to your problems, half the times they don't return calls. Shortly after a major service (timing belt+) worth of 10000 AED found a leak from the rear seal of the engine. Came back to them to get fixed, got a "not knowing" and come back if persists. I do not recommend their services.

Good service and honest pricing. Mr. Rethish takes every effort to diagnose the problem accurately & rectify it within the promised time.

The first time I went there was because my car had a noise from the AC blower. It was promptly replaced. They also noticed that the coolant level was low and topped up after informing me.

My second visit to them was because of a bent axle shaft. As promised, the part was sourced (from the dealership) and replaced within one day.

I will surely visit them again as I find this place to be trustworthy and well priced.

Once again a great service, polite attentive staff, always,and very competitive cost.
It was a pleasure to discover a business which cares not only for your vehicle but treat their customers so nicely.

They are specialists in both entry level and high end cars. Been taking my BMW to them for over an year now. Uses genuine parts and does not overcharge for labour as well. Kudos to Rishi and team!

Excellent accommodation. Clean, bright, airy bedrooms. Very importsnt to me, very quiet and peaceful. Plus, a five minute walk to shops with a variety of restaurants and cafes.
