Excellent service we’ve used twice now for kids parties. Easy communication, very responsive. Guys arrive early for set up, do a great job and clear up swiftly afterwards. Would recommend.

Excellent communication and service from the company! They made every effort to ensure that the party was perfect! With plenty of staff on hand during the party, lots of treats, games and toys going around also. I got so much feedback that the party was the best party they ever went to. The staff we extremely friendly and efficient. Hats off to you!

Horrible we organized 3 floaties 1 week BEFORE. and they cancelled the last day. How do you expect to be a good company when you cancel last minute out of nowhere. Disrespectful disgusting and I will make sure no one I know will go to you. Horrible

Had a good experience organizing a soft play area for toddlers. The team was on time, efficient and cooperated well with the venue management. Items for the kids were also clean and super fun!

I called several places to help with hosting my child's birthday party--Splash N Bounce was the least expensive, but they were professional, worked with me on exactly what I needed rather than trying to sell me a big package, provided a clear price estimate, and were in constant communication with me prior to the event. They arrived with many beautiful balloons/details in keeping with the theme (depsite having purchased few decorations, they arrived with more than I expected). The staff was professional, efficient in setting up, patient with a large and boisterous group of kids, and entertained the kids for the ENTIRE duration--kids had a wonderful time and were always engaged between the bouncy and the games.

I have used their service for one of our events at work. These guys are beyond amazing. The whole team was very corporative, professional and well-organized. We used both pop corn and cotton candy stalls and they were just great. Will surely look forward to working with them again.

After hiring Splash N Bounce to organize my daughter’s Birthday Party, I can now understand why they are one of the long standing companies in this industry for the past 15 years in Dubai!

The whole experience was seamless. The team is very professional from first contact till the end of the event, you feel they are taking your event personally. Erwin did an excellent job, organizing all the details and recommending the best options for the budget proposed and his proposal delivered a wow party for the kids! The installation team was top notch, came early and took care of all the details. The animation team did a fantastic job led by Carol who made every minute filled with joy for the kids!

Well done to the whole team and I strongly recommend Splash N Bounce for your next event. Thank you Erwin!
