We went for a dinner on Valentine’s Day. The food was delicious. Good set menu selection from starter to main course. Interesting combination to taste. However the service of set was very slow. We were told it meant to be like that, so we tried to be patient :), we still think the wait was kind of too much, maybe next time they can consider. Chef visited our table to check if we enjoyed, it was very nice of him. We love hotel and any way will come back ❤️

I am delighted with the hotel; it's clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly beyond expectations. The Italian restaurant, led by Chief Antonio Bitetto, is a highlight. Being a fan of Italian food, I found the dishes to be authentic, delicious, and beautifully presented. The fresh fish and delightful tiramisu were particularly enchanting ✨

Excellent, authentic Italian food with herbs which grow next to your table! Different dishes from different regions of Italy. Interesting signature cocktails especially the one with bourbon infused with parmesan cheese! WOW.

Nice place, unfortunately the food was just ok. You get much better next door at La Strega or Luigia. So I would not recommend this place if you want Italian food around. I hope they can improve the quality in the future.

We came here for dinner last evening and ordered a burrata salad, a grilled chicken, and a margarita pizza.

The food and the service was horrible.

The amuse bouche had beef in it and they had no other alternative.

When the food finally arrived the quantity of the grilled chicken supposedly a main course was super less, the burrata in the salad was not fresh, it tasted sour and old.
The pizza wasn’t even sliced.

When we told the server to make the left over pizza takeaway the server put it in a plastic box wasn’t even made to pack pizza.
Looks like the restaurant does not even have a pizza box.

The restaurant is not at all kid friendly it’s too formal. It’s fine dining and not a casual Italian place as you would expect in a family friendly resort.
They asked about special occasion while booking and did not do anything special, so what’s the point of asking?
Not at all recommended.
NOT WHAT YOU WOULD EXPECT AT THE RITZ CARLTON.

Service. Terrible. Main course came. It was not what we ordered. Waited another 30 min for main course ( the correct one ). To come. A simple carbonara . Pasta not aldenty , no flavor at all . Then the waitress decides she want to lean across me at the table and collect side plate. Did this twice. I ask her not to do it again. Where is the service gone. We paid just under dh 1000 for dinner which i could have cooked at home. . Not going back ever. It wasnt even busy. No excuses.

Very nice restaurant, great food, great service. Staffs are very helpful and attentive.. Chef Francesco prepared us amazing dishes and always making sure that we are enjoying our food. Definitely will recommend to my friends and relatives and will surely come back. Restaurant has very good ambiance,all staff are very approachable,helpful and very knowledgeble in food and beverages, best chef Francesco and Manager Maria.
