The sales team at the store including the store manager Pradeep are not helpful and they try to use any kind of way to sell you anything.
I have faced an issue with one sales person at the store, his name is Renie and he lied to me about the refund policy, and when I came bake after 30 minutes only. He said we can’t do refund as your item is discounted.
This is a full abuse of customer’s right. And very surprising to see this kind of management at one of the big malls in Dubai!

Very bad sales service and disappointing attitude of Mr Ahmed the sales staff who was recommended by a female staff to assist me to select a mountain bicycle for myself as she did not have much of a knowledge about it. Mr Ahmed leave aside giving me information did not even pay attention to me, I asked him questions on the bicycle I was intending to buy and he just ignored them and spoke in a rude tone and walked away twice looks like he himself did not have much information so was avoiding me or the staff is not trained to handle customers in the appropriate way
Please Mr Ahmed I was not there asking for a free or discounted bicycle I was there to patronise your sports shop, shame that you have lost a potential customer and if you don't change your super rude attitude you may lose your shop too very soon.

Located in the East Walk when going towards North East entrance. The ultimate shop for sports. Whatever you looking for bicycles, bags, shoes, sports wears for both men and women, footballs, and other accessories are available here. Variety of collection in good brands.

Fake discounts,
The shop refused to honor the price on the box claiming it's from a previous discount!
Same merchandise was even cheaper on Sun & Sands

Stay away! The second time the shoe was used, it was defective, unprofessional, and received the worst customer service.

And the bureaucratic return policy....call the customer service!!!????

10 min standing next to the shoes area for someone to come and help me to get my size.. no one come , i left , first and last time :)
