Super market in silicon oasis in ABS tower. You will get almost everything for your daily usage in this supermarket. Prices are fine, staff is also quite good. It's good for nearby people as they operate 24 hours so you can hop in anytime for you Grocery shopping. Some times parking on the road is issue but it happens only in evening. Rest a good place for quick shopping for silicon oasis residents.

The treatment with customers is very bad. I ask the owner of the shop to reconsider the staff, especially the cashier. He is very mean

Staff are very helpful and hardworking. All your basic grocery needs and more are available here. It makes life very convenient especially since they are open 24/7.

This supermarket has the weirdest and most unprofessional customer service. Their rules keep on changing depending on the person picking up the phone on the other end of the line. I called and tried to order for milk and Yoghurt and requested them to get the card machine and the person told me they can deliver but only accept cash for milk and yogurt. What? That doesn't even make sense. Absolutely frustrating.

One of the poorly maintained supermarkets with extremely offensive decor. If you greet them, they don't answer, which is a really unusual aspect of the customer service. Delivery is too sluggish without cause.
They consistently make a frigid, unwelcoming gesture.

The weirdest supermarket ever in UAE! Highly unprofessional and rude. Basic understanding of what their customer needs is lacking as hell as it could be. A major communication gap to understand basic delivery needs.

Very bad experience when asked to deliver stuffs at home.. the person on phone was so rude and unprofessional behaviour.. last time I had ordered and paid with my card before from same grocery now he was saying there is no card machine once delivery at home, he was least interested to deliver items and kept saying he didn't have the items I asked and kept saying he don't have that he don't have this once I locked on a product he said no he doesn't have card machine. If he doesn't have card machine why do he keep a grocery in silicon?

Most of the items are overpriced and if you order over phone or whatsapp, they will send the costly items only.
