The community park located at the smaller lake of springs 10.

The park is very well serviced with a nice kids playground area as well as a small garden with a built in Barbecue area so that youbcan grap a grp and go there for a weekend chilling evening.

There is also a multipurpose pitch which was built in 2018 and serves welll with a full pitch of basketball.

The lake walk is also great with a 320 diameter nice for a jog or a walk in the good weather.

Nice little basketball court and pond in springs 10. Find food wrapping and plastic bottles thrown about by kids/adults. Hope people using it help in maintaining it instead of waiting for the maintenance team to clean again the next day.

Great small park with children area and small lake with a nice 320 m walking/running track around it. Perfect for kids and adults

Quite neighborhood, unfortunately the place I visited was much further from the park than I wanted. This is an old community so, pros: access to schools, stores, etc. Dated construction. villas look old. That said, some of these are well maintained and if you are lucky, you could snag them. . Try for street 7 and street 4 are closest to the park, if that's an important criteria for you.

It was very good because there was lots of space to play football but they built a full basketball court and no there is only a small amount of grass
