Residential area popular with the expat community in Dubai. Spacious and good houses ideal for families of 2/3/4 and above with well kept communal areas and gardens. Seemed to me to be a good secure place to reside in, even though I was only there for a couple of hours.

Community is nice, but houses are small and in poor condition (e.g. i used to live in #88 springs 11, every month there's a major issue in AC or water leak... landlord requests tenant to do expensive maintenance)
Beside the extra cost of maintenance, expect to pay higher utility bills, because of outdated / inefficient AC, and probably water leaks.
avoid it by all cost

A residential area comprising individual villas within the campus. Entry restricted to the genuine users. Nice Greenery developed within and outside clearly makes it different from other such residential campuses. Worth having a villa in this great location closer to JLT, Electronic City and even Jabel Ali.
