Went in a few days ago to see Hasqvarna motorcycles and Shaun was really unpleasant to be around. No one at the store greeted or smiled even for a second and were not that helpful in trying to make a sale. If someone is here to spend no less than 25,000, you need to atleast try to cater to their needs. Neil was nice tho

I recently took my KTM500 EXC motorcycle to SRG Motorsport for a routine service and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. The team at SRG Motorsport provided an outstanding level of service that deserves nothing less than a 5-star rating.

Sean's technical expertise and experience were evident in the quality of work he performed on my motorcycle. He took the time to explain everything he did and even gave me some tips on how to maintain my bike to ensure optimal performance. His attention to detail was impeccable, and he went above and beyond to make sure my motorcycle was in top condition before I left.

Moreover, Neil's customer service was nothing short of awesome. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions. He made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in and ensured that I was kept informed throughout the service.

Overall, I highly recommend SRG Motorsport for any motorcycle services. The team's dedication to providing excellent customer service and technical expertise is unmatched. Bad service , they sell husqvarna bikes but dont have there parts in case you had an issue with your bike ????

Friendly crowd of staff, worked in the past on many of my own bikes and just recently a friends dune buggy. Efficient, welcoming and knowledgeable. Also let us store the trailer in their parking yard.

Nice set up, nice showroom, but for customer service im afraid to give thumbs down. The service advisor didn’t even presented himself, lack of empathy, indifference ... refused even have a quick look on my bike before to fill the job card. I felt like im a small customer that they dont want to get bothered by.

Kept my bike for a month, gave it back with the exact same problem, still charged me 260 dhs... then WITHOUT my permission or knowledge sent it to KTM?! Worst communication ever, had to chase them to get some sort of update. By far worst experience in dubai.
