Lovely place with nice staff, obviously it’s overpriced like all Claire’s are but for little girls it’s there dream land. My little girl got a little book and it cost £10 but she loves it so it’s worth it.

Got my ears pierced here afew years ago and they got super infected and crusted over the earings so bad my friend had to surprise rip them out because they hurt so bad I wouldn't let anybody go near them, do not reccomend getting ear piercings here as staff are not properly trained and ear piercing guns can never be 100% sanitized, pretty gross ????????

Super expensive in comparison to what it used to be.. poor quality breaks easily wouldn't recommend

Wide range of products but price is high for certain products you can just get the same or even better nails from a few shops up from clairs and you only pay 3 pounds and not the £10 clairs ask for there nails

My daughter had her ears pierced at Claire's in Wakefield Trinity Walk today, the staff member was absolutely amazing with her! Talked her through the whole procedure, was brilliant with my 8 year old. It took alot of persuading on my daughter's part to get her ears pierced, but so glad we chose Claire's!

Absolutely disgusting experience rubbish customer service, arrived a little late for appointment rang to inform them and they said its fine when I got there they rescheduled for later and were not even aware of their own company policies with regards to pierceing under 1 yrs old babies. Spoke to head office and they made me aware of the policy so went back in store for the appointment to then have it rescheduled again!!!
