They have very very bad service because when I sent my items to India they told me 25 to 30 days only but it took 44 days to arrive.
Also I paid them for Air cargo charges but they sent it by ship cargo.
They spoke well while taking the items but did not give correct answers after taking the items.
They have some comman answers
1.shippment tracker not working
2. 3days it's will reach to your home.
3. Custom clearance still pending. ..ect

27th sent .Air Express.Charged highest rate.Promised for maximum 10day of delivery..Till not reached Tenkasi.Renkasi office is the poorest response team.Never send with ST anymore

2 days 2days its will delivery. But now almost 45 days done. Don't send cargo on this company

ONCE AGAIN,I HAVE VISITED ST CARGO,AS USUAL THEIR EXCELLENT SERVICES AND GOOD HANDLING MADE ME VERY HAPPY AND SATISFIED, I HAVE PUTTED MY SHIPMENT ON 1SEP. AND GOT DELIVERY WITHIN 8DAYS,BUT THIER COMTIMENT WAS WITHIN 15DAYS,SAFELY GOT MY PARCEL RECIEVED SAFELY,SURELY RECOMMENED FOR BEST AND SAFE SERVICE.....

Worst cargo service ever experienced. Pathetic delivery.I have sent a cargo couple of years ago which was received after 2 months in a very bad damaged condition. Never trust these cargo guys who don't have any morality and work ethics..

It was missing my two numbers of the cloth, it is worth around 150aed. They have added one dates pocket to equal the same weight of the two cloth and delivered. I am chassing them for a year, still they didnt compansate. Worst service.

very worst service,i sent cargoes to india.they told me with in 25 days they will delivered,but today 06/05/22 untill now they telling the clearance was pending,the cargo was in delhi.and it will be take time more then 12 days.plz aware about this cargo company.most of the tamilnadu people trusting this company.but they are not worth for the trust........????????????????
