One of the worst customer service experiences ever in my decade spent in Dubai. I don't think the staff is interested in work. Someone is painting their nails, another is resting while we wait for tokens.

When I went to open an Account in SCB as the Account open form didn’t upload properly in my mobile to complete the formalities, but one staff called Ms.Mariam has helped so much as she uploaded an Account open form in her PC and filled by her self the required and completed the formalities. I am very thankful for Ms.Mariam for a nice cooperation.

Outstanding loan amount increased after this month installment paid, how ridiculous!!! I made the record every month by my self. Just imagine, if I hadn’t made the record by myself, god knows what would the bank do to you.

VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY STAFF.
I arrived at the bank 5minutes before closing, the staff were amazing and helped me even though I kept them busy after closing time. Great service with a smile.

The customer service is really poor. The staff do not know the processes, they do not want to help or do anything rather they would direct you to call centre or a email id. I had to request the manager to help. I believe he’s the only person who is working in this branch.

Don’t use ever their ATM machines, and especially not with a metal card. It will keep your card, because the machines are not well maintained. And for international customers is no hotline, if you don‘t have an account with this bank! Extremely bad customer service. I am from Germany, and was travelling all over the world, but this never happened to me ! Normally 0 stars should be given

My AirTag ended up getting disposed here as my mum decides to clean my car out and this is where it was last located (I wasn’t aware of this place until the tag reported its last breath of life at this spot)
