Stubbled upon this windmill whilst sailing past on the river so moored up to have a look. Had a tour of the windmill which was very informative, it's amazing to be inside whilst it's working and the views from the top are incredible. Staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable.

Please note that the most direct-looking route is a private road. Public access is walking along the grassy riverbank from Hardley Staithe,or arrive by boat.

Very friendly place to visit, great views from top of the mill. Also very peaceful, nice cup of tea and delicious lemon drizzle made this a very worthwhile stop.

This drainage mill is in the final stages of a lengthy restoration. Enjoy stunning views from the top of the mill and view the ongoing work inside the mill.

The visitor centre next to the mill contains exhibitions on the development of drainage mills and the restoration of Hardley Mill. Light refreshments are also available to purchase.

A nice hour and a half round trip, walk, from Langley Staithe. Gorgeous spot. Totally unspolit and away from the crowds. The guide Graham was informative and there is a tea room too. Even once you have been in the Mill it is worth a return, just for the walk alone.

Thoroughly enjoyed the tour of the working wind mill. The tour guide was full of knowledge and appeared very passionate about the wind mill. A short but sweet experience. Great views from the top of the mill.

Very interesting and views from the top are great. The volunteers are very informative and care about this piece of Norfolk history.
