It's the perfect spot to view a full moon, or alignment of planets, or even meteor showers!

Really nice pitch dark place with some light on horizons due to distant city and localities. Sky above head is very dark and clear. Can go by normal car also but SUV is better.

Nice place and its less crowded compared to other lakes in al qudra

Due to construction works on the main road leading up to the solar farm, there is no access to the marked location on the desert road. You can see more stars than in the city, but there is still too much light pollution for the experience to be worth your time.

We went there for geminid meteor shower. We could watch some meteors with naked eyes.

This location is not perfect for star gazeing now. Light pollution is there due to construction activities and suvs passing with high beams.

It's a hotspot for camping & barbecue. Large land of empty space and groups are spaced out, no crowding!!

Accessible spot for any car. Can get a bit busy at times, so will get some light pollution from headlights.
