One of the restaurants in Al qiyadha, Dubai.

I had breakfast from here, their beef fry and puttu is a must try item.
They have variety options in food menu.
Parking is subjected to availability.
No Wheelchair accessible entrance.
Service is good.
Better to be more hygienic.
Price is affordable.
They take cash and card payments.
They do delivery also.
Opening throughout the week from morning to midnight.

Yesterday 28 July, i had "Beef Pallicury" from Star One restaurant . It was super spicy and even i couldn't smell it because of pepper powder. Raise complaint toward waiter and the response was "beef pallicury" is normally spicier. I am also from Kerala who normally eat spicy food, and belive me that no one handle that much spice. IF WE ASK FOR "NORMAL CHIPS", THEY EILL GIVE "JOLOCHIP "AND WILL JUSTIFY THAT NORMALLY IN KERALA, CHIPS ARE LIKE THIS.

I requested them provide me some other curry, but they said that they will reduce the spice. I requested for smaller portion, but they rejected and said, you need to parcel remaining. Once i said that i will pay full amount, then only they agreed.

I ordered it because it was special in their menu and it was horrible. I had two tea and more hot water from their restaurant itself to reduce my burning sensation in the mouth. After that i came to the supermarket and bought one ice cream.

This morning on 29th july 2023, now i had vomitted 3 times already. Food was not digested. During vomitting also, my throat, mouth oesophagus is burning.

I DONT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT FOR ANY ONE.

They renovated recently. Food quality is good. Ambience is cool. However, the cost is slightly higher when compared to similar restaurants nearby. They offer delivery and can order through whatsapp.

Beef fry was not authentic kerala style. It's like Chinese preparation type beef they put and given. At late night.

the staff of this resturant is very bad.., they dont even know how to speak with the customers…and we r regular customer, or we order food from them every day two time… they r nt worth ordering food… worst resturant staff….

Very bad delivery service we have ordered motta set for 1.45 waited until 3.00 twice we called the team they said delivery boy is on the way again we waited but no one came then we called the restaurant some one pick the call and said rubbish they came to our room no one open the door then ww enquire about the room number some wrong room number they went and no one was there they returned delivery back to restaurant they dont evenhave the coutesy to contact us or inform this finally they are saying food is over what the customer service they are giving i never expecg this type of customer service and very bad behaviour from customer side.
I wont recomend this restaurant any more.
