Extremely Unprofessional Auto Garage – Avoid at All Costs!

I had a horrendous experience with the auto garage, Hotline Auto Workshop. Their level of professionalism was shockingly poor and left me thoroughly dissatisfied. I strongly advise against visiting this place if you value your time and sanity.

Firstly, after waiting for an entire week for my evaluation report, I was informed by the garage that the person responsible for sending it was on vacation and had conveniently forgotten to submit it. This lack of responsibility is absolutely unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for their customers' needs and expectations.

To make matters worse, when I tried to reach out to the garage to address the issue, they conveniently stopped picking up phone calls. This blatant display of unprofessional behavior only exacerbated my frustration and left me feeling neglected and unheard.

The garage is massive with a quite a lot of services but they are heavily loaded. If you can wait for a few days additional than what you've been told then go for it. The quality of denting+ painting is A Class. However the only draw back is they don't coordinate much, one has to keep following up. Over all i would also recommend them for insurance claims.

My Car Met with the Accident on July 25th, as i filed Accident Complaint to Dubai Police where i received Green Pass from them, and my next step was for Survey to do check my car rear bumper in the insurance company, where there was minor damage which would have been repaired by denting and Full Bumper painting in Qusais, Dubai, they gave me only one Garage name which is Star Sqaure Deals, when i requested them for the list of garage in Al Quoz they did not agree to give the details which is completely wrong as per my opinion, when i kept my car for repair in Garage as per filed complaint to dubai police in the picture there was minor damage and after keeping in the garage for repair, they completely damaged my old bumper and put new bumper which is not for the same model and which is not at all acceptable, iam really disappointment with this kind of work also i have to File a Complaint Against Star Square Deals which is located in Al Quoz, Dubai and Contact Person was Mr. Abishek and they are really unprofessional and damage my car which is not acceptable. i request you to kindly take the necessary action against this and dubai Office people why they are not providing the list so that we can check and keep our vehicle as per our work convenience.

I have clear Proof of Picture before and after of my car bumper which also i can share in the email.

I Really request you to remove this garage from your list, this kind of behavior is not at all acceptable and the response from them was also not proper when i informed this is not my car Bumper.

If insurance sends you to this place try to negotiation to use another garage. If no luck then just fix you car with your own money. These people in this garage they will make more harm to your car than what they can repair. They have no idea about cars - completely incompetent.

Also, they may really damage your mental health. They lie about every small single detail, even when there is no point in doing so. It’s just a habit for them. Avoid at all cost

My brother had taken his car for accident-insurance claim here. Today i have collected the car. They were so welcoming in the reception. I had inspected the car and found out many areas were repaired by literally bending the parts with hands, parts were painted and is coming off. Clips /fasteners are kept soo loose that it could fly while riding. Had to talk with the service technician and he told its like that and cannot be further repaired.

Foreman is a ultimate dump guy, were he have no clue on what, were, and how things does there. Dont have words to describe him......

Inspect the vehicle before leaving the garage.

What is the quality / standards while delivering a vehicle ? They dont have any at all.

Below average. ! Sorry ???? iam disappointed.

IMPORTANT:I have had the worst experience at this place. Do not take your car to this garage they’ll just ruin and screw your car even more instead of fixing it. They wasted about 3 weeks of my time. They couldn’t even fix a bulb or a headlight right. Worst service.

Sweet little lighthouse. I visited it on a walk along the waterfront in Oban, and I love taking in the sights. I wouldn't go terribly far out of my way to have a look, but it's nice if you're looking for some exercise!
