One of my favourite to go Starbucks to get some work done and unwind. Great service here as the guys always remember my name and order. You also get a very nice Plane Spotting if you sit on the outside terrace. Thank you Zaheer, Baise and Saddan.

I visit your coffee shop today and i get 0 customer service and 0 supervisor ( Suraj ) experience
It's very bad to have same like this supervisor in your shop
Really not good service
I will try to tell all my friends do not come again in this shop again

Your staff member Zaheer needs to learn how to respect everyone and deal with delivery riders the same way he deals with customers. I saw him shout and be extremely rude to a delivery rider in front of me and other customers. What impression are you guys trying to give? Is a delivery rider below him that he can disrespect him like that?

Since I live in mirdif, I have been a regular customer but I won’t be coming again nor will my family or friends.

Mirdif Starbucks has the best employees that I am their regular customer.
Today My daughter's drink spilled on the floor and they gave her another drink, without the least bit of upset and they clean the floor quickly.
