This particular Starbucks branch always ignore customer requests. I ordered Cheese croissant and I requested twice to make it warm, however, I received it ice stone cold and the cheese is coming out of the sandwich in blocks while eating, check attached photos. This is not the first time for this branch to ignore repeadeltly notified requests from customers. No one is supposed to eat a cheese croissant cold and directly from the fridge like that. Staff need training on how to prepare food to be readily edible and training on how to listen and attend to customers requests.

Even back to my country I've always loved going to Starbucks for they have the best quality of coffee, but this new discovery in Al Barsha 1 is even more special because of their passionate staff. Thank you Jose Carlo and the rest of the team for the nice coffee and your friendly approach. Will definitely come back here often. ????

Tried the matcha latte with coconut milk upon the barista's suggestion, and it was really nice. Also, I really liked the way he wrote my name. It was cute ????????
Ps: didn't quite get his name or else would mention it here. However, this was in the petrol pump of Barsha beside Salams mosque branch.

very quiet place with amazing service, they make sure that drive thru and dine in service are well serve with passion. Thank you to Mr. Mussafar and Ms. Michelle for accomodating us here in SB- Enoc 1021. Keep up the good work guys! salute to both of you for a job well done!

Very convenient location. They opened up in a new Enoc Petrol Station just by my place. They have got a drive through available which is super quick and the staff there are very courteous too (especially Chathu) Super humble and polite. The Batista's that work here always get my drinks tasting exactly the same regardless of how many times I order the same drink. Never too much or too little of anything in my drink.

I like coming to this branch. The staff are really nice and welcoming. Especially Muzaffar, he recommended me to my best drink so far. And he always makes sure every time my drink is perfectly made. This branch is such a lovely place to spend time in.
