Staff is super friendly, seating is alright, wifi is pretty good. Heavily recommend this branch for studying as well as general meetings. Coffee is served quickly, and staff are very flexible with the needs of the customers.

I "was" a regular at this branch, and I order a simple order of "FRESHLY" brewed coffee.
Despite knowing this, this branch staff seem to find it a task to brew a fresh batch!

The breaking point was when I came for my order & was told it was freshly brewed & when I tasted it it was cold. Your staff reaction was "How come it's cold we just brewed it" without tasting it.

You have great employees in Barsha land & few other branches, but this attitude is against Starbucks standards & I decided that was the last time I go there.

Further your outdoors seating is really bad, the benches are really uncomfortable & they are the only shaded areas, if one person occupied a bench, 5 seats will be lost.

That's something I don't have to worry about as I won't go to this branch unless significant improvement takes place.

If a customer is asking for a fresh brew just do it! Or don't sell that is it.

Been there many times, always a good vibe ! Flavorful drinks great coffee best among the rest , many options for everyone, I almost stayed 5 hours working there on my laptop and it went very smooth. All staff there is so amazing , i was there and acknowledged me by name that made me so special and welcomed me back to the Starbucks , Service and ambiance is great always !!

Starbucks (spring souk) one of the great place. I always go to starbucks but that is my first day i went in spring last Saturday, all the staff are very nice and specially thanks to ( suman ) and sabita who made ma day with friendly behavior and with my perfect vanilla latte. ❤❤
if I have have 7 starts I will give .

Constanly changing staff, the teams are never able get a good rythm as a resul and the orders take much longer than they should. Restocking of back office from trollies in the customer dining area happens at peak times in the AM. Ocaasionally we see one of a few of a team of managers peeking out from the back office, masters all, of avoiding the action and responsibilities in their own establishment. One could conclude that they deliberately rotate the staff to create a smokescreen for their own ineptitude or perhaps in lieu of being actually inept, their inability to actually manage a coffeehouse, we could speculate, comes from a more sinister option: say for example that this particular Starbuck store is a front for the operations of a branches of the Nepalese and Mumbai Mafias.... ????????

Service too slow. Waiting time longer than usual and coffee was served like I got it for free.???? Sofa was dirty and oily, so I just took my coffee and left the coffee shop.
