This Starbucks outlet is my go to! Their staff member Samru has been extremely welcoming with a big smile every single day for the last 2 years! If anyone visits this outlet, Samru is the guy to make your perfect coffee!

Typical franchise and is a well oiled machine... staff were excellent and friendly and the coffee is great. Place is clean and tidy and it has the Burj Khalifa view as a bonus.

This morning, I was surprised to know that the cost for my short double shot and bottle of water cost around AED 40. I'm a regular Starbucks client and I never get this amount when ordering the same drink and water. So I asked the Barista for clarification and she held the bill to show me the breakdown of the items. At first glance, I thought it was correct. Then, I realized that she charged me AED 10.50 for the Pike Place medium roast coffee bean choice! That's when I spoke to the other Barista at the same store who prepared my drink and I asked her for an explanation. She checked the bill and said that it shouldn't be charged this way. After about a minute or so, she refunded me the AED 10.50 in cash. I've never experienced this type of rip-off scam at any other Starbucks store. It's my first time to experience anything like this! I also want to add that the Barista who overcharged the coffee was kind of reluctant to let me take the bill! It's your choice but I certainly won't be going back to this store! Ever! It's a tourist trap kind of place and I'm a resident of the city since 2010.

When I come early in the morning, 'the staff is always smiling. All staff are nice and friendly. One more Caramel Machiato please. :)

Starbucks my favorite coffee ever , it makes my day , I liked thair brownies cheese cake , it's so amazing , with thair very comfortable seating area , they make the coffee very fast and tasty as always , I recommend every one to visit this branch
