I'm a Starbucks Lover! My favorite place for coffee!
My reviews is for Dubai Knowledge Village branch, my daily stop to grab my regular coffee.
Glad to see the friendly staff almost every morning; and thank you for Canon, he's very friendly, quick and professional, he remember my coffee choice and prepare it the moment i enter the kiosk.

I ordered hot chocolate and they got me hot milk instead.. and it took me more than an hour to convince them and the app that I ordered through and still they say "we call talabat and they don't answer".. and talabat say "we call starbucks knowledge village and they don't answer"..

very unprofessional!!

I don't like this branch.. The staff told me it is not allowed to take pics of the displayed food and menu. Because it is company policy. So I went out and didn't order

Best Starbucks experience so far. Really friendly staff, and family-friendly service. We’ve even received a “babyccino” for our 2,5 yo. son.
