I pop here to work whenever I drop the car in for a service on Sheikh Zayed. The mall in the morning is lovely bright and open and the Starbucks breakfast items are fresh. A great spot for a cheeky latte and a mooch through your emails.

The Starbucks at Oasis Mall has been a disappointment 3times consecutively. Each time I ordered hot coffee and was delivered ice cold. The Branch doesn't even bother answering the phone to escalate the matter. Such negative cxm experience is not appreciated in today's competitive time.

Such a pathetic service n extremely rude staff supervisor okesh or okash n one African female barista they behave very very badly I ordered 2 Venti ice white n 1 tall.
For Venti I request them to divide into 2 tall cups they behave so rude n said no we can't give I told them in all Starbucks they never said no to divide into 2 tall for venti n even that lady she was making weird faces n haven't give me even tray she makes my drink very slow I put cream very very less seriously that day I feel life I'm standing on a cheap street café I was with my guests so I ignored. Now I will never go to Starbucks Oasis mall branch though I'm a golden member n Starbucks coffee lover.
They insulted me infront of guests talked so harsh so rude

Tried season’s favorite Pumpkin Spice Cold Coffee, somehow taste is good, but can be better.
Place looked little unclean. Maybe because it’s in the middle of mall atrium.
Looking up to visiting again and expect high level of service.

Today I ordered Flat White and almond croissant my usual order, for some reasons the coffee tasted bad, they replaced it for me but the 2nd one was also taste like bad medicine, so again they changed to 3rd cup from another machine and it was ok, something wrong with the water supply I guess, then the almond’s croissant was dry, what a shame!!
Please rectify all the issues or soon you will run out of business on this location.

they don't have the manner to talk with customer, just discussing. please teach them how do care the customer or any other person.

Had a great experience in SB Oasis Mall. The staff named Hemraj was so kind, helpful and gave us very good service. I highly recommend visiting this branch!
