The application with what they called “work permit” was processed since March 2021 and they have taken 80% of my payment with urgency. When I try to follow up its either Im given with personal reasons that the assigned staff is going through personal issues or circumstances that are not related to my application.
The managers assigned to this application either provide you with a personal guilt when you complain, pointing out my travels or tell excuses of not having the appointment drawn. Im a professional individual that doesnt have much time for unprofessionalism and excuses,
I have requested for an escalation or have someone from the higher management to look/ respond to my case but to no avail or response on follow-up. The last email since Sept 17 wherein they suggested the “stamping” in home country was not in the contract nor the agreement I have confirmed with the team.
Currently, im seeking a legal advise and a formal authority complaint about this matter. I have documented all the responses as evidences. Nobody had updated or have kept me on loop on this application. Above all this, I am very disappointed on how my case was mishandled and ignored.
*** I have not requested a delay of my application, I am always informing your team that Ill be travelling. And without my follow-up nobody even realized that your “work permit” from last year had expired this is why your team had restarted the application just this year and that added to a further delay.
