As a South African I am very disappointed with my experience of Steers, yet I have still continued to order but unfortunately I will not anymore.

My first order patty was raw, my second order I asked for well done patties which I got but the food looked like it went though the washing machine, third order went ok, fourth order which I just received is ice cold, chips burgers everything… it’s 40 degrees outside how can the food be that cold???

I truly hope you fix your issues as Steers back in SA was always something to look forward to!

Good enough I guess. Didn’t taste the same as in South Africa, but it was not bad

I went to steers with my friends, hoping it would be good. But as soon as I ordered, I saw the people cleaning the vents and a lot of greasy stuff was coming out. It made me feel disgusted. Despite that, we waited for our food. When they brought us the beef burger, the bacon was still raw, and my friend's grilled chicken was also undercooked . We were really angry, so we decided to leave.

This is the worst burger I have ever eaten. The burger buns were bought from a grocery store and it tastes like it came out of the freezer and just heated it up. The employees are very rude, I tried to answer them but they ignored me. The sauces smelled very bad in fact it smelled so bad I didn’t even bother to try it. I needed to double check the burger. The only thing that I liked was the fries that’s it. I wouldn’t recommend eating here. Trash

Absolutely the worst food you can order. The beef burgers and chicken burgers tasted absolutely bad. I’ve ordered online, and items were missing. All 6 drinks didn’t come. Can’t recommend this place at all. Worst restaurant in Dubai.

The burgers and fries is really good. BUT ordered 5 times delivery and the order keeps missing items.
PLEASE fix your deliveroo page !!
Didn’t get fries or a soda once. No contact numbers for the store available.
Good food spoiled by bad management.

Nothing like the one in South Africa. Ignored special requests, food came colder then the drink and the options on talabat is messed up, you don’t know what’s in the burger as in toppings. Never ordering from them again. Steers was my favorite in South Africa and you guys managed to ruin that. Thank you

Firstly, the staff was not really sure of what they were doing, there were 5 people at the counter yet my meal took 15 minutes to prepare.

The bun was dry, not fresh at all, borderline stale and the patty tasted like a cheap frozen supermarket patty.. Worst burger I have ever had, dizzy service from Steers, nothing like the Steers from South Africa at all.. I don’t plan on going back there ever.
