Our two daughters (4yo and 2yo) went to Step by Step nursery for one term after we relocated to Dubai, we were looking for an environment that felt like home and would be easy for the girls to settle into. Step by Step Nursery Dubailand exceeded our expectations, they have an open-door policy and were ready to address any concerns we had and this made us feel at ease and guaranteed that our girls were in the right hands.

The girls looked forward to going to school every morning and enjoyed the different activities of their respective classes (which we could track on the parent app). We used the school bus service for pickups and drops offs for the term and I cannot stress enough how professional the team was, we were put at ease knowing our girls were in safe hands.

I would like to commend the entire Step by Step nursery team and thank them for making us feel at home and contributing to the individualized development of the girls. We are so sad to leave, as our oldest moves to FS2. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for an intimate setting that truly is a home away from home.

My 2.5 year old boy currently is at Step By Step Layan. At the start it took him a while to settle but that was him not the setting. The staff were excellent with him but also communicating what was happening with my wife and I during the day. The setting feels very homely, this is partly to do with it being in a residential building but more over the attention to detail, welcoming atmosphere and general happiness of everyone working there. All in all really happy with the team and nursery!

We have been at Step By Step for two years. We briefly tried the nursery in the community where we live, but it was so bad we went running back to SBS. I cannot fault the nursery, from Miss Debbie to Miss Livia and Miss Reshma everyone has my daughter's best interests at heart. The outside play area is amazing. The teaching assistants are qualified and caring and my daughter loves Miss Reshma and Miss Helda. From the moment the little ones enter the door they are looked after and stimulated, they enjoy an indoor gym and music class alongside their normal class. Overall excellent! Thanks for being there!

Absolutely fabulous! Our child got admitted here in the mid of the year after a horrible experience in school. Our child blossomed here surrounded by an amazing, warm, protected environment, and also learned a lot. The nursery teachers, teachers assistants, and management are truly professional and warm-hearted human beings. So sad they have no FS2. Thank you and we will dearly miss you.

I would like to express my thanks to everyone in Step by Step Nursery, especially to my son's teacher Ms Debra and Ms Analee. They have had such a positive influence on my son and helped him grow so much in the past six months. His language skills boomed - he couldn't speak a word of English before he started, also his pre-writting and social skills developed substantially. I have to say how much he likes the open play area, which is huge, and is happy to come to nursery every day. It was such a stimulating experience for him. I have to say he bonded very well with his teacher, Ms Debra, who he will miss so much. I felt safe leaving him with her, knowing she will take really good care of him and help him be excepted and nurtured.

The staff at Step by Step are great and always cared for my daughter. We've been with them since Feb 2019 and cannot find them a fault. They show dedication and my daughter is so happy to be there.
They create a lovely, fun and warm environment for the children and they are true 'kids' lovers', which in my opinion is one of the most important characteristics for people working in a nursery. I highly recommend SBS ????

Gorgeous little Nursery, with a cosy/homely feel. All the staff are so helpful and caring. The Teachers excel and the Teaching Assistants work just as hard . It is a safe and comfortable, Environment for children of all ages. This is not just a Nursery its a community family. Nothing is to much trouble .Our Daughter has been there since she was 11 months and is now 2.5.. She has come on leaps and bounds and this is all thanks to this amazing facility.

Step by Step Nursery is an amazing institution. At the heart of Layan Community, it was always been our preferred nursery. Our son is very happy at Step by Step and therefore so are we. I can not recommend the nursery enough. It has a wonderful community feel, and we will be very sad to leave. Thank you for taking care of our son, and giving him the best start in life.
