SKIP THIS PLACE.

Terrible service, terrible attitude.

Went to Stop and Go because my new tires were sent there to be fitted.

Immediately I mentioned that my rims were just freshly painted not long ago (roughly a week), so that guys can take extra caution while operating on them to avoid any kind of damage.

After 90min of waiting, I came back to my car to see that just 2 tires are fitted and that my rims are terribly damaged all around.... First explanation was that wheel paint was bad etc...

After they finished fitting all 4 tires, I have noticed that only 1 out of 4 tires was fitted without damaging the actual rim, which means that paint is not a problem but only lack of simple common sense and care for customers property.

Later on I also figured that tire pressure was different on all 4 wheels... between 35 and 38 psi...

Disaster.

AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU WISH GOOD TO YOUR SELF AND YOUR CAR.

Disappointed with Unprofessional Service

I used to consider this garage as one of the best places for car repairs. However, my recent experience has been disappointing. Not only was the service unprofessional, but they also damaged my car and charged me for unnecessary extra payments that were not justified.

The quality of service has significantly declined, and I'm disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I had to pay for additional repairs that were not needed, which resulted in extra costs. I feel like I was taken advantage of.

I attempted to address the issue with the garage management, but their response was unsatisfactory. They did not take responsibility for the damages or the unnecessary charges, and I was left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with their customer service.

As a customer, it's disheartening to see a once reliable and reputable garage fall short in terms of professionalism and integrity. I urge others to be cautious when dealing with this garage to avoid similar experiences.

I would recommend documenting any damages, keeping records of communication and receipts, and seeking further assistance if needed. It's important to protect your rights and hold businesses accountable for their service quality. Overall, I would not recommend this garage based on my recent experience.

Great service and cooperative technicians who give sincere advice .. I fixed my car with them as they were one of the few with computer to handle it and the fix it well and fast and I’ll certainly use their service again if needed.
They responded to my requests and gave me reasonable prices.

I’ve had several different services done by Stop n’ Go over the last couple of years, and they’ve worked very quickly and efficiently to repair all of my car issues. They were also very helpful in helping me to choose a brand of run-flat tires for replacement, when I was unsure which was the best brand to choose. I highly recommended them for all car services. They also offer government employee discounts for parts purchased.

I went to jumeirah branch for 1 cv boot replacement, unfortunately they didnt not use the correct cv grease but instead they put the wheel bearing grease resulting to drying up the inside of the cv boot.They also put an improvise clamp to seal around the boot eventually damaging the whole axle.I end up spending more!!!

Just to tell you, i had a great experience at one of your branch at sheikh Zayed Road. Mr Hamid was very helpful in all ways, like clear information about tyre and and vehicle. I will give 10 put of 10 number good luck to him ????
