I always love Chicken & Cheese toasty.
Best place for quick bite and healthy meal.
Most amazing thing its the only place near my reaidence which serving fresh meals and sandwiches for 24/7.
Overall good experience.

This is a good gym local gym for me. Unfortunately it gets full of kids and teenagers just hanging around machines don’t necessarily using them even after 7pm. It’s a difficult task to be able to do my regular exercises in an hour.
My advise to whoever manages this gym, is making it over 18+ after 7 or at least 8 pm.
Also having a member of staff inside monitoring what the kids are doing would decrease the amount of time they are “using” the machines for.

I joined this gym a few weeks ago.I absolutely love going.very good equipment nice staff and friendly members of the public.lovely relaxing sauna steam room and my favourite is the jackuzzi.this is the best gym I have ever been to .and I will continue going from now on 5stars amazing place and well worth the money.

The gym is fairly decent, however large number of kids using this gym from 4pm to 7pm, usually just wearing dirty trainers they walk around in everyday. Changing rooms are constantly filthy and despite mentioning to reception and the manger it has not really improved.
When they do get cleaned, it’s a mop (no bucket) that’s occasionally rinsed in the shower.

Nice local gym with nice staff. Good selection of equipment - clean and modern. Cancelled my membership after 36 hours (2 sessions) because the gym is full of 16-18 year olds messing about dangerously with the equipment. Clusters of them taking up space and machines and not doing very much. Suggestion: make the gym 21+ after 7pm?

Great gym space, over 2 floors. Brilliant little health suite.. with sauna, Jacuzzi and steam room..all working.
Polite helpful staff.
