I like this place. Even though its known for its desserts, as indicated by the name. I've tried several of their mains, and I would say that I definitely enjoyed them and wouldn't mind having them again. Good pasta, burger, pizza and main dish options to choose from. The desserts are definitely unique too. Ambience is pleasant and the service was decent.
Pro tip: "Entertainer" can be used for some branches.

Sugar Factory located at La Mer is absolutely beautiful. Food is tasty and delicious. The place has ample spacing on the two floors. The entrance is beautiful with delightful colored candies and sweets. Upstairs there is space for party and celebrations. Menu has a lot of variety and prices are reasonable. A must visit.

Yoo THIS is the best desert in dubai fam! And we got some hench juice which we couldn't finish ????????

Our waiter was Manog and he was on JOB ???????????? he sorted us out and got our food for us real quick! Definetly comin back here again,

The Mai Tai Goblet had me drooling even before I stepped into @thesugarfactory
This one was the most perfectly balanced Mai Tai in terms of sweetness & sourness. I shared it with my fellow and it was enough for both of us.
It bubbled through our 2 hour long meal and yea we were munching the whole time ????
I had a sip of goblets from the adjacent table which had couple of my friends(hehe..had to taste it) and their passion fruit & berry goblets were also so super yumm!! When you go to @thesugarfactory, be sure to order One of the goblets! They are so worth it ????
This outlet is located at @lamerdubaiand it is wonderful to take a stroll here after a meal.
Perfect food at perfect location!

Food:9/10 really yumm! they aren't just a colorful dessert place. Their main course & other savory dishes taste really great
Service: 9/10. Very attentive & dishes arrived on the table in perfect timing. I think we were taken care of by Lawrence & he was very attentive.
Ambience:Casual dining in retro classy. I loved the touch of glitz & glam.
Pricing: Slightly expensive but definitely worth every penny.
HIGHLIGHT: They have a lot of offers on various apps such as entertainer.

great food the parking is far from the restaurant and the heat is unbearable the interior is nice they removed the thai green curry from the menu and it was delicious the pizza was great don't know if they still have it. it was a nacho mexican pizza with guacamole and doritos. the pasta I've had a bunch now it's decent. the curry was ok good nothing memorable the thai green curry is what is the star and it needs a comeback.

An American style restrurant or that is what is trying to be. The decoration is so busy for the eyes and it doesn't have a theme. The setting areas are comfortable. We went for breakfast and the menu was the usual. I was surprised when I wanted to have an order of just eggs they said they don't have, it has to come in combination of sausage and bacon
The French toast was not toasted enough so it was quit soggy. I didn't try the lunch menu to be fair

Absolutely beautiful place, gives you an experience of both casual and fine dining with their Hollywood themed ambience and their really creative list of menu. The food and beverages are all very interesting. Prices are pretty considerate. And a beautiful view.

Interesting decor, but they need to work a bit more with the restaurant cleanliness. I sat indoor, floor very dirty, table and sofa also dirty, floor under the table - food crumbs and dust. Food taste are quite good - 4* for the food taste. The background music a bit too loud.
