The place is just perfect and the view was absolutely beautiful. Had a pool day and went with hubby to unwind and relax and i bet you it was definitely worth it. The food was great as well as the presentation the service was also a thumbs up. Kudos to all hard working staff there. Back to our order it was a luscious treat at the end of the day, turkish coffee is good and the cake is a yum. Whenever ur free you could give them a visit and it'll be for sure a wonderful time with ur special someone. Planning to go back for a shisha night. See u there.???? i recommend u all to visit and try for ur self.

This valentine's day we zoomed in and visited 'Sultan's Lounge' @ Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. The place had some valentines vibe (though a little more was advertised).

Hot drinks along with the pastry stand (photos) were served right away and we strongly feel it was value for money with the variety served along with a special choco pastry added for valentines. We really enjoyed the hospitality especially from Miss Gea whose friendly attitude made us feel home.

Despite having these positives, we were disappointed while checking out when we requested the staff to help us pack the remaining items on the stand (almost half was leftover). We always live by the principle of not wasting food which was unfortunately against the hotel policy that prefers wasting the leftovers rather than helping us utilising the food for some good cause.

After a long debate and having agreed to sign an indemnity, the manager (Mr Ajay) agreed to get the food items packed. After sharing our feedback, we happily carried the box back home.

To our disappointment what we saw was only 3 of the 7 leftover pastries with no 'choco pastry' that was almost untouched. In addition, the manner it was packed led all items to have been smudged together making these un-consumable.

We only recommend the place should you feel you are able to consume all what is served or support 'food wastage'!!

Live music, shisha and delicious desserts. 5 stars for our waitress Candy and 1 star to waitress from sub continent for dismissing our request for cakes and said to order from the table but nothing came, managers should check their staff for training completeness. Candy served us more professionally. The desserts are worth an afternoon tea and the shisha outdoors was well done. I wish there were more outdoor fans. Food prices are above average, as expected for a 5 star hotel lobby restaurant.

We stayed in Atlantis Royal but went to sultana hookah lounge for hookah. Best hookah and food Dubai. Mr. Muhammad and Mr. Ali made the best hookah and the service was amazing as well. I went there back to back three days in a row just for hookah. Thank you!!!!

My family and I visited the sultan lounge on 23 JUNE 2023 and we were served by 3 amazing staff, joy, glenn and Jennylyn. The atmosphere was cozy and we enjoyed the place , we ordered mixed grill, calamari, wagyu beef burger , hot and cold mezza, and Cesar salad, for the beverages we had blue hawaian, and ipenna and ended the night with morrocan tea, overall everything was perfect. I would like to specifically thank joy, glenn and Jennylyn they were cooperative , helpful, friendly, professional and made our experience amazing in the lounge.

Ian and Joy the manager personally took care of us. And served us amazing food and hookah. Will definitely come here again. Highly recommend

Just they have no clue at all, a double espresso comes with a huge mug, (unbelievable). The cake comes and after almost 20 min a double espresso come the cake is not good the service is completely off. But the view and atmosphere nice.

I've visited Sultan’s Lounge on several occasions since they have opened I believe in 2012-2013. I have tried their afternoon tea, lunch and dinner as well as standard tea and cake options. that place always amazes me and it is one of my favorites . The staff are really nice and attentive. They do have live music which along with beautiful ambience makes the whole experience special.
