Shop staff were helpful
Online was something different
I got a quality issue in my shoes and after couple of emails and sending pictures they agreed to pick it up then the guy came and told me u used it ? I told them yes he refused to pick it uo
Total frustration
Save ur money and buy from abroad as they don’t offer any support

The store is new and clean, staff Is nice. There is a large collection but disappointedly there is no football jerseys, only for kids.

Special mention to John who was really helpful in sorting out an exchange of a defective product. His customer service skills made the experience bearable as opposed to the usual frustrations that come with returning/exchanging products in certain stores. Way to go John, and keep up the great attitude!

Worst customer service in the shop and online both are horrible. I have been sold a pair of shoes from Nakheel mall branch that has two different sizes and for the right foot. Upon going home I discovered and called them! They told me to either pick the right shoes from a staff member at business bay metro station or come myself. I was there to buy the shoes and I regret not checking with the seller that he was smart enough to put the same sized shoes in the box! Now they don't reply to my calls and I am traveling tomorrow.

worst experience online .

I bought a Pegasus 38 online on SUN & Sand Sports and it's been the worst online experience so far (and I'm a regular client of the shop). On the 27th of September I ordered a pegasus 38 and they delivered the wrong size (Order: AE01304031). They said they will exchange it but they never came or call me back. After 1 full month calling them, they never picked up the phone because online update system. Now they reply from complaints , (after one month writing them and calling them ) and they say they cannot exchange it because it's been more than 15 days. I went to Nakheel mall and they didn't do anything, it's like a different company than online. It's ridiculous.

Worst custemer service ever
if u have any problem with any item dont expect any reseluation from S&S manegment
they will always blam the user of bad usage even for newly bought items

Worst online service ever . Once u buy the item ur stock with it in my case its a bicycle that came wrong color and its been 2 month and half and they assure me the case is under investigation and noone is returning the item or refunding .
