Been using Associated taxis now for best part of 20 years. By far the best service in Bishop’s Stortford. Even more so than any shop, takeaway or barbers. Their drivers are superb, and the guys on the desk call are brilliant. No matter what time of morning or after night out drinking they are there straight away. Superb service and couldn’t be happier. Always a good laugh with the drivers. Please never stop your amazing taxi service. Deserves even more stars!

Excellent cab driver, Bovington I think his name was. Extremely friendly and chatty which is what you want when he's driving. So friendly and easy to arrange. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Cheap too. Booked a return, so simple, and can pay by card in the cab, excellent!

Be careful! They rip you off if you’re not careful especially for trips to the airport. Agreed on a £28 fee for a 7 minute drive (already a stretch but ok- it is a bank holiday). Then got charged £35. Tried to get it resolved but no solution offered.

I use Associated Taxi’s all the time and tonight they stepped up to make sure my 15 yr old was safely picked at an agreed time at the Bishops Stortford train station. Absolutely fantastic Taxi company and always the first one to call when needed.
Associated Taxi’s - your staff on reception are both friendly and professional, please look after them ????????

AVOID THIS PLACE

We were quoted £28.50 to be dropped off at Stansted Airport which was 8 mins drive - we thought this was a crazy price but it was a bank holiday and busses weren’t going. Uber quoted £32 so we went with these guys. When we got there the guy added £7 to the charge, charging us a total of £35.50 FOR AN 8 MIN DROP off. Called up afterwards to complain and tried to resolve the issue, spoke with a classic “Computer says no” lady who said the manager that quoted the original fee should’ve mentioned the £7 charge but he was no longer on duty and with it being the bank holiday another manager wouldn’t be there until another week. Really didn’t care or want to resolve anything, avoid this company!

Big big thank you to Associated taxis who enabled us to catch our flight yesterday ! The Stansted train had a problem so we ended up in Stansted mount Fitchet. I phoned for a taxi saying I was at the train station forgetting to say we were at Mount Fichet and not Bishop Stortford! A taxi was duly sent bi
It of course we were not there A very kind operator immediately ordered another cab and a superhero taxi arrived and swooped us over to the airport just in time
Such a great friendly and efficient service
