What is wrong with your prices .... I loved the idea of having a coffee just down my office with a lovely team, smiling and welcoming, nice food, great atmosphere ....but the price, come on ....a (very small coffee) for 18AED ok fine, but now it is 19 AED without the VAT !!!!! I prefer to order elsewhere where for a bigger size (Larger one) I pay less ...I am sorry, but i cannot remain loyal to this place even though I loved every morning to grab my coffee there and to enjoy the food ...but it is really too much

Been using James for five years now for the yearly techfest. With me being from Newcastle and him being in Newark he's been a delight and helped me and the boys on our beer runs massively ????

Arrived over five minutes late, then proceeded to drive at a maximum of 25 miles an hour. Ran into the back of another car at traffic lights due to being on his phone. Continued to use phone at all sets of traffic lights even after having hit someone. Did not even acknowledge the accident never mind about apologise for it. All this and then he charged me the full amount & I missed my train. If I could give no stars, I would. AVOID.

Rang for a quote from The Ossington pub in Newark to Mansfield. At first he said he only covers newark and the Ossington wasn’t in newark (it’s bang in the middle), then asked me when for. I said Saturday night. He didn’t give me a quote nor did he want to. Said it was too early to book (I didn’t want to book, I only wanted a quote) and I needed to ring back on the day!! Clearly didn’t want my business.

James arrived 5 min after my call.

I have been given a price straight away which was very competitive to High street taxis.

The driver was very polite too.

Highly recommended!

Prompt service when we were struggling to get other forms to even answer the phone. Clean car, friendly, helpful driver. And when we rang for return trip they arrived within 10 mins at nearly 12pm. Will def use next time we're in Newark. Thank you.
