We took Evening Safari deal with Global Desert Safari. I was travelling with my infant baby and my mom. The process was super smooth, they helped me with all the required information and the guide Faisal arrived at the hotel for pick up at the right time. He was very patient and allowed us sufficient time to enjoy the trip through and through. On top of that Faisal took amazing pictures for us. The camp is also good with good variety of food options and the shows were much entertaining. I would highly recommend this company and the guide for your Desert Safari.

Cheapest and best desert safari experience ever. We enjoyed all activities.dune driving and BBQ dinner .belly dance and fire shows . Highly recommended to everyone. Thank you desert safari Dubai team

We had amazing ride, driver Kassem was amazing well trained. The kids enjoyed the quad as well but the food was disaster, they have to take it under consideration, maybe to change the camp, thank you Sunrise Desert.

Awesome experience...! The camel riding and the breakfast was very unique. ATV was very enjoyable too... great tour for a 6-8 hours layover (we have 12hours layover time).. our host was very attentive and accommodating to our pace...????????

Don‘t book this tour. They forgot us at the hotel at 4.45am!!!!!! When we called them they said the driver had no information to pick us up. Just don‘t book this tour it‘s scam.

No hold system on the phones so you just have to repeatedly ring. Rang over 200 times this morning between 8 and half past. It rang out 3 times and the rest said user busy. Finally got through to someone called Dan who was very abrupt, told me they were now fully booked and that all calls had been answered implying I had lied about the three times which it rang out. Genuinely no idea how anyone gets an appointment here.

It is impossible to get appointments for that day after 9AM and so, they advise to call at 8AM. The issue is, they refuse to turn the phones on at 8AM and so, you have to sit and call repeatedly until you get an answer from them. For people, like myself who start work at 8AM, this means that you have to take a day off work in order to try and book an appointment which in itself is never guaranteed.

This morning, I called no less than 40 times before they actually turned the phone on. Once I finally made it through, I was put in a queue with one person in front of me. This queue took 23 minutes to get through and once I finally did, I was told there were no more appointments for that day so an entire hour was wasted.

There is no online booking system for appointments, unlike a majority of GP surgeries these days.

I used this GP for 18 years and thought it was decent. After moving to another location and coming back, I can really see how dated and unfit for purpose it is in its current way of operating.

Saw Dr Sarah Lees this morning, can’t rate the treatment I received highly enough. Extremely friendly and helpful reception staff at Woodlands surgery and pharmacy also. Can highly recommend.

Thanks for seeing me so quickly. Obviously it’s hard to get through on the phone but it’s a very busy time of year. All staff from the Receptionist, to the Nurse and Doctor were all very polite and very professional. The Doctor gave a lot of good advice to help alleviate my symptoms when she rang me and they quickly organised a blood test too. Thanks again and all the best for the New Year.

Rang over 100 times again this morning with the line constantly busy. Staff are usually helpful once you're able to get through but it feels almost impossible most of the time leading to giving up and health issues getting worse.

I have been with Middle Chare Surgery for 15 years now and I have always been pleased with the level of care and service my family and I have received. I realise times are tough at the moment and people complain that they are unable to get through on the phone, but please try the E-Consult form on their website. It's so easy to do and someone will call you within 24 hours. It really is a great service! The staff do their best, it's not their fault they are busy and there is an alternative point of contact!
