Simple, easy and convenient, You may not find everything you want but it comes in handy in many ways, clean and available parking slots.

Very convenient small mall for the community nearby, and beach visitors. Supermarket, pharmacy, clinics , restaurants , Cafe's. Kids play areas. And other services and shops. Clean and quiet. Nearby paid parking.

The mall is quite big and they have few unusual but good brands. Sparsely populated by customers, it's a cool place to relax. The few food joints are moderately busy. I liked the place where no one disturbs you.

Big and empty. Looks more like a hotel lobby than a mall... But the sculptures are gorgeous! Let's hope it develops to a better destination. For now... No.

Simple and convenient mall along Jumeirah beach road. I am happy that they have carrefour inside. A go to market in the area. They have new restaurants there now compared before. I am thinking what if they put a cinema also in the second floor or mini arcade area. Every weekends more local young guys staying there it might be a something new to offer to the goers.

Though this small mall has a prime location on jumairah road but it is always empty. No people , shops closed and new shops come in and then close soon. People go there only if they have something to do like going to clinic or stopping by for the little Carrefour inside.

Despite its short comings, i.e the poor location and lack of shops, the mall is still very well maintained and clean. Overshadowed by the flashier malls, Sunset Mall needs to do more to provide a reason for people and hence stores to come back here.

That reason is not the products that they sell, I can buy those online and save myself the trip but rather an experience. Offer us something we can't get while sitting in our living rooms.
