First and foremost, the quality of work that was performed on my car was exceptional. The technicians at Sun Shine Auto Garage clearly have a deep understanding of their craft and take great pride in their work. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue with my car quickly and efficiently, and they communicated with me throughout the process to keep me informed of their progress.
What really stood out to me, however, was the level of customer service that I received. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted warmly and treated with respect and kindness. The staff at Sun Shine Auto Garage went out of their way to ensure that I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout my entire visit, and they even took the time to explain the repairs to me in detail so that I could understand exactly what was being done.
Overall, I would highly recommend Sun Shine Auto Garage to anyone in need of auto repairs or maintenance. Their exceptional workmanship, knowledgeable technicians, and outstanding customer service truly set them apart from other auto repair shops, and I will certainly be returning to them for any future needs.

As a customer, I expected the workshop, being the expert in the field, to have better knowledge and contacts when it came to procuring parts. However, my disappointment stemmed from discovering that another garage offered the same brand new part for just 350 AED, a significantly lower price than what Sunshine Auto Repair Workshop had charged me for the second-hand alternative. The window, by the way, is again not working the way it is supposed to.
This significant price disparity raises concerns about the transparency and fairness of Sunshine Auto Repair Workshop's pricing policy. As a customer, I rely on the expertise and professionalism of auto repair shops to provide accurate and reasonable pricing for their services. Unfortunately, in this case, it appears that Sunshine Auto Repair Workshop did not live up to those expectations.
Moreover, the fact that another garage could offer the same brand new part at a considerably lower price suggests that Sunshine Auto Repair Workshop may not have the best network of suppliers or perhaps failed to negotiate a fair price with their suppliers. This raises questions about their commitment to customer satisfaction and their ability to provide competitive pricing.
Given this experience, I cannot recommend Sunshine Auto Repair Workshop for their pricing practices and their ability to source reasonably priced parts. It is important for customers to feel confident that they are receiving fair value for their money when entrusting their vehicles to an auto repair shop, and unfortunately, that confidence was lacking in my experience with Sunshine Auto Repair Workshop.

I brought my Renault duster for oil cascade and Oring change you quoted for 1250 and same thing was quoted by many good reputed garage was just 750 and tax.. somewhat i escaped from your scam and changed with them.
When You called me to change the google review, i told the same thing but you keep on asking the same like mad so i cut the call. Dont call and cry to everyone to give false 5 star review (Now i know the reason how you are getting positive reviews) .
The reason you mentioned down regards to high price you are giving high quality spare parts thus means everyone except you in the market are selling duplicate.. dont fool everyone with these cheap marketing strategy.
Now i know the reason why your floor supervisor worst attitude is like that because he learnt from you
