Had a horrible experience. I’ve been growing my hair for almost two years and i asked for a taper fade on the side and a trim for my hair. Its common sense when you tell them what haircut you need but the guy who was cutting my hair literally asks if i like the cut every 2 seconds. And you guessed it, the cut did not end well. Taper “fade” turned into buzzcut number 1 on the sides and my long hair looks like this.

Wouldn’t recommend.

It's probably the only gents salon in Dubai Sports City (not sure if there is another one in the vicinity). Courteous and professional staff members, but the outlet closes quite early (around 9ish).

Not very economical.

Spurt trim is super expensive
Baby 2 y charged 45 AED .. took him to do his hair 5 mins

I just had a horrible experience at this barber. The person who cut my hair rushed through it in literally 5 minutes and was extremely rough and aggressive when doing so. I’m not sure if he was dealing with some personal issues at the time but it was completely unacceptable.

Only one guy here is good.
Most of them only speaks and understand arabic

Absolute horrible experience. I have been going to this place for over a year but this time as the shop was busy, I was told to wait which i agreed. There was an argument between a barber and the receptionist in the presence of all the customers. After a while I was called by the barber who had the argument for the hair cut and I went on and took the seat. The barber went inside and I was waiting for more than 5 minutes on the chair and then he came over and said that he has an appointment with a customer and that I need to vacate the chair. I was stunned at hearing this. This was absolutely un-professional and insulting. I would never go now. Unprofessional and horrible customer service
