The quality of these products make them feel like a toy. They don't tell you the material because it's a "secret", but it's basic zirconium and what feels like plastic (not silver). The shine basically disappears after a couple of weeks and they don't polish it for you.
We bought an morbidly over-priced necklace jut for looks (big mistake, massive regret) for 1.5k AED, and they paired them with earrings as a gift which we didn't really need. And because of these earrings, they won't return the necklace due to hygienic reasons, and we have to return both since they came as a set.
Customer service is of course terrible (as per other reviews) and don't reply despite following up 3 times. On the phone they respond as per the script with zero logic or reasonability. We explained the earrings were never worn, but nope. And did I mention when it was purchased online they send the whole package without the necklace? Just a pouch ("gift").. they tried to cover it up by saying that the gift comes first and then the main item because it wasn't in stock.
If you're thinking to buy from Swarovski, look elsewhere. You're paying a 100% premium for the brand name. You can get much nicer things with actual silver or even gold-plated for half the price if not less, with a full set of earrings and bracelet and necklace. Just search any stall in a mall or elsewhere.
Last time I deal with Swarovski or buy it as a gift for anyone!
